  • Our system will automatically confirm if your area is serviceable.

  • Confirmed by Store: The total delivery time is confirmed and managed directly by the eSmartKart store based on current order volume and inventory availability.

  • Delivery Partner Role: The delivery team's task is focused solely on the final leg—transporting the prepared order from the store to your location, which typically takes around 10 minutes.

  • Unforeseen Delays: In rare cases of extreme weather, heavy traffic, or public holidays, there might be a slight delay. We will proactively notify you via SMS or app notification if your delivery is expected to be late.

3. Delivery Partners

  • Current Model: All our deliveries are currently handled by our dedicated, company-owned delivery team to ensure the highest standards of training and service.

  • Future-Proof Policy: As we grow, we may partner with trusted third-party logistics providers or employ salaried delivery executives to expand our network. The commitment to our ~10 minute final delivery speed and service quality will remain unchanged.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order in real-time from the moment you place it:

  1. Order Confirmed: Your order is received and being processed.

  2. Picking Items: Our store team is carefully assembling your order.

  3. Ready for Dispatch: Your order is packed and handed to the delivery partner.

  4. Out for Delivery: The delivery executive has left the store and is on the way to you. You can see their live location on the map in the app.

  5. Delivered: Your order is complete!

5. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: We currently offer FREE delivery on all orders with no minimum value requirement.

  • Future Revisions: Any changes to the delivery fee structure will be communicated transparently on our platform.

6. Failed Deliveries & Attempts

To ensure speed, our delivery executive will typically make one delivery attempt. A delivery may be marked as failed in the following cases:

  • Incorrect/Incomplete Address: Please double-check your delivery address.

  • No One Available: If no one is available to receive the order at the doorstep or security gate.

  • Customer Unreachable: The provided phone number is switched off or not reachable.

  • Refused by Customer: The order is refused at the time of delivery.

If a delivery fails, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. If the order cannot be delivered, a full refund will be processed.
